Welcome to CottonCandy Creations! We take pride in delivering our natural therapeutic products — including our Natural Pain & Migraine Reliever Wraps and Pain-Relieving Oils — safely and efficiently to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Coverage

At present, we deliver our products only within India through our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket, integrated with our Shopify store.
We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your parcel.

  • In case of delays due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

3. Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
    Delivery times may vary based on location, courier efficiency, and local conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1100.

  • For orders below ₹1100, a nominal shipping charge (as displayed at checkout) will apply.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be mentioned on our website or social media pages.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD service is presently not available.

6. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/email.
You can also track your order directly through our website or the Shiprocket tracking page.

7. Delays or Delivery Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural calamities, lockdowns, strikes, or transport restrictions

  • Incomplete or incorrect address details

  • Issues at the courier company’s end

In such cases, our customer support team will assist you to ensure resolution.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately at cottoncandycreations24@gmail.com.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
